It is the assumption that influential segments of the American business community actually believe in capitalism- in a free enterprise system- & that there currently exists a free market to be defunded & preserved. With respect to the Powell Memo, it contained a fundamental error to be corrected. Here are some excerpts from Koch’s speech & criticism of the Powell Memorandum.
